Nick joined our firm as an associate in July of 2018 after articling here. Nick’s practice covers a wide range of areas including commercial and civil litigation, corporate and business law, tax, and wills and estates law.
Nick has appeared before the Ontario Courts on matters ranging from commercial tenancy disputes to class action certification. As a solicitor, Nick advises clients on corporate and tax issues and all other business law needs.
Nick obtained psychology degrees from both the University of Ottawa and Carleton University. He applies this background in all of his dealings with clients, allowing him to build the rapport necessary to ensure that he understands his clients’ needs and meets them efficiently and effectively. Nick attended the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University where he tutored first year law students through Queen’s law mentor program. Through Queen’s Law’s Federal Government Internships Program, Nick took the opportunity to work at the Canada Revenue Agency during his final year of law school. Nick obtained his Juris Doctor in 2017 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2018.
Nick is a member of the Country of Carleton law Association. Outside of the office, Nick spends his time exercising, hiking, and producing electronic music.
