Luigi Paravan is a Litigation Associate at Spiteri & Ursulak LLP, with a growing practice focused on civil and commercial litigation. Luigi has represented clients before administrative tribunals and at various Ontario courts. Luigi combines strategic insight with focused, results-driven advocacy to help clients resolve complex disputes with precision and efficiency.

Luigi joined Spiteri & Ursulak LLP as an articling student in 2024 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025. He earned his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, where he was awarded the Course Prize in Fiduciary Obligations and contributed to CanLII’s Criminal Law E-book.

Outside of his legal practice, Luigi enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and has recently taken up boxing as a personal challenge.
